Due to ongoing situation caused by COVID19 and a restrictions in place on tourists entering to Israel (two week isolation), administration of the festival-contest has to announce that the contest will be conducted online.
The dates of the contest are November 19-22, 2020. Participants are asked to read about the relevant changes under “Regulations of the Festival-Contest” & “Registration” sections
